Aerobics or exercise to music to give it it's more technical name is a really good way for people of all ages and abilities to come together and workout. Aerobics is good for people who get bored doing typical cardio workouts such as running or cycling or are just not able to do that anymore.

In the class we put on some music and exercise to what ever level you wish, and if you so desire you can sing along to the music.

A typical class is made up of an aerobic workout, toning work and some flexibility work.
